COVID-19 World Dashboard April 4, 2020

Today’s update marks the first time I release my projection model. I am hopeful that the measures being taken by most countries will help lower these numbers, but if today’s gain of 9.3% were to maintain, the entire world population would be infected by July 12th, 2020. I am not publishing this projection in order to scare people, but hopefully to help reinforce the message by the local health authorities worldwide. Also I am aware that any projection at this point is flawed since there are most likely more people infected than there are confirmed cases, mainly due to countries not having enough resources to test everyone, political motivations, etc.
